Whether you have lunch, dinner or just come to sit in the Brewery Restaurant or on the terrace with a romantic view of Svatý Kopeček, we believe that you will enjoy our traditional Czech and Moravian specialties together with the taste of our home-brewed beer and selected local wines.
We don't play a game of dice in the slip, we don't invent fancy or heat up half-finished products. We cook honestly so that you eat with quality and, if possible, regional ingredients. Don't look for seafood with us, nor will we shock you with octopus or God knows what organic grains.
We believe that you will enjoy our classic Czech-Moravian cuisine at solid prices even in these complicated times.

Choose from four varieties of our home-brewed Galant beer, which has been brewed in our hotel since 2015. We usually have 3 beers on tap - a bottom-fermented lager (also known as "eleven") is permanently available, complemented by a black lager, IPA, Summer Ale or a light pale draught beer ("ten") depending on the season.
The old brewing law states that only water, malt, hops and yeast may be used to make beer, and nothing should be added to or taken from it during production. That's why we don't pasteurise or filter our beer.

What would a stay in Mikulov be without a visit to the wine cellar? Our one on the ground floor of the hotel has a capacity of 150 people with the adjacent pub. For your wine tasting we will be happy to prepare refreshments according to your wishes, or perhaps a dulcimer or accordion player. However, the wine cellar needs to be prepared in advance, so you must book these rooms first.
Are you organising a smaller meeting and would like to have it in a separate area, yet in the centre of the action? The wine bar is ideal for bespoke events such as tastings with a sommelier, smaller receptions, etc.
